How to tracking your cargo?

What charges will apply?

Your purchase price includes all charges incurrence in China.  However, it doesn't include the charges in the destination port, such as destination arrangement charges, handing charge, custom clearance, duty, tax and bond. All charges should to be paid before delivery and release cargo to you. Upon pick up your cargo, there have an additional warehouse in/out charge will be applied.

How to pick up the cargo?

The agent will send an arrival notice to you 2-4 days prior to the arrival of cargo. The arrival notice will indicate the warehouse of which your cargo is locate. After full payment of your charges, please proceed to the warehouse indicated with a valid identification card and cashier's check for the in/out warehouse fee. Fees will vary base on the size of your cargo, please confirm the charges with the warehouse prior to pick up.

Pick up and open the crate

Most of the cargo was packed with wooden cases, the crates are firm and intact for our elaborately packing. Improper uncrate method would cause damage to the cargo. Please open the crate in accordance with suitable way.
